Strata Solar to hold job fair in Goldsboro July 16
The job fair is a one-day event to hire local citizens for work on solar projects in the North Carolina Sandhills.
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (Jul. 14, 2015)—Strata Solar is holding a job fair on Thursday, July 16 at the Paramount Theatre in Goldsboro to fill positions for two large utility size solar farms in the Sandhills area.
The job fair is open to the public and will last from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. All applicants must be interviewed and pass pre-employment drug screens before same day hire.
No solar experience is required because training will be provided upon hire. Positions are available for the following skills:
- Electrical
- Military
- Laborers
- Underground utilities
- General construction
- Foreman
- Quality control
- Commissioning
- Other
